Phase 01 · Self-paced — the clock is on you
Get Licensed
Before you touch a phone, a lead, or a carrier, you have to be legally able to write business. That's all this phase is.
- 1
Pre-licensing course — required hours depend on your state (we use JustInsurance: getyourinsurancelicense.com/truewealth)
- 2
Fingerprinting + background check — start this early, it has lead time
- 3
Pass your state licensing exam
- 4
Submit your license application (through NIPR at nipr.com)
- 5
License issued + your National Producer Number (NPN) assigned
- 6
Get your E&O insurance — required before submitting any business (we use NAPA Benefits: napa-benefits.org)
The most common place people stall is after the course and before sitting the exam. Don't sit on it — the faster you finish Phase 1, the faster you earn a bootcamp seat.
Done when: Your license is active and you have your NPN.
Already licensed? You skip straight past this — we just confirm your license is active and in good standing.
Phase 02 · ~2 weeks leading into bootcamp
Contracting, Setup & Pre-Training
Now that you're licensed, two things run at once — paperwork in the background, sales prep up front.
In the background
Contracting + your agent ID
Carrier appointments
AML certification + E&O insurance (both required before you can submit business)
Up front — getting phone-ready
Sunday calls shift to script mastery + underwriting — so by bootcamp it's second nature, not brand new
Two required True Wealth sessions — Thursday mornings, the two Thursdays before bootcamp
The Friday before bootcamp is Setup Day
CRM access live
Power dialer set up and tested
Leads purchased and loaded
Everything has to be working by end of that Friday. Bootcamp is not the time to be fixing logins.
Done when: Contracted and appointed, AML + E&O complete, systems working, and script + underwriting drilled on Sundays.
Phase 03 · 4 days, Monday–Thursday
Bootcamp
Full-day commitment, all four days. The rhythm is the same daily: mornings (3 hours) are training; afternoons and evenings are live prospecting and presenting.
You put each morning to work that same afternoon, while it's still fresh. Each day builds on the last — by Day 4 you're running it like a normal production day.
Done when: Licensed, equipped, trained, and already making live calls.
Phase 04 · The steady rhythm, once you're off and running
Ongoing
Morning training, Monday–Thursday — True Wealth-wide, topics rotate week to week, open to everyone
Sunday goal-setting with Tavon — set your targets for the week ahead
Periodic 1-on-1s with True Wealth leadership
Your Sunday slot never changes time — it just shifts from script and underwriting drills while you're new to goal-setting once you're producing.
